Although Magelang City has achieved an A grade in archival supervision from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, various challenges are still found, such as the preparation of dynamic archive lists that are not optimal, not all Regional Apparatus have submitted static archives, and the integration of digital systems in most OPDs is not optimal. In addition, the application of the SRIKANDI (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi/ Integrated Dynamic Archiving Information System) application is also uneven and has not been used optimally as an institutional information management tool. This service activity is carried out through a collaborative and participatory approach, with strategies in the form of archival culture seminars, focused discussions with heads of regional apparatus and department secretaries, and a review of the results of archival supervision audits. The main focus of this activity is to build institutional awareness, formulate steps to mitigate the risk of losing archives, and increase human resource capacity in digital-based archive management. The results of the activity showed an increase in the apparatus' understanding of the archive cycle and the development of recommendations for saving institutional archives. This activity strengthens the role of the archives office as a node to save organizational memory while bridging the gap between national policy and archive management practices at the regional level. The practical implication of this activity is the increased readiness of the regional bureaucracy in facing digital transformation and demands for sustainable public accountability in the field of archives.
2026-07-28T13:43:31+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://e-journal.iahn-gdepudja.ac.id/index.php/DS/article/view/3843 Optimalisasi Kolam Non-Produktif melalui Implementasi Teknologi Autofeeder pada Budidaya Ikan di Desa Karangpring 2026-07-30T12:20:41+07:00 Ali Rizal Chaidir ali.rizal@unej.ac.id Fatoni Riski Ramadani 221910201113@mail.unej.ac.id Virda Ayu Pujiati 221910201005@mail.unej.ac.id Ferdilla Ayza Melani 221910201006@mail.unej.ac.id Bella Inestyas K 221910201029@mail.unej.ac.id Penareal Naibaho 221910201034@mail.unej.ac.id Muhamad Ilham L.H. 221910101014@mail.unej.ac.id Bintang Bima Setyo A 221910101048@mail.unej.ac.id Ahmad Ramadhani 221910101023@mail.unej.ac.id Fahreza Satia Gani 221910201064@mail.unej.ac.id Mochammad Farhan N 221910201094@mail.unej.ac.id
The implementation of autofeeder technology in tilapia aquaculture represents a strategic solution to enhance feed efficiency and productivity, particularly for fish farmers in Karangpring Village who manage aquaculture as a side occupation. The primary issue identified in the field is the use of manual feeding methods, which tend to be inconsistent due to the farmers' limited time and busy schedules. This inconsistency negatively impacts fish growth rates and leads to low survival rates, ultimately rendering ponds unproductive. This automated feeding system is specifically designed to regulate feeding schedules, frequency, and dosage consistently and accurately, aligned with the nutritional requirements of the fish at various growth stages. The methodology for this community service activity involves several stages, beginning with field observations, program socialization for users, the installation of autofeeder devices, and technical training on equipment operation. The results demonstrate that the use of autofeeders can effectively reduce feed wastage, which directly contributes to production cost efficiency and the improvement of the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) value. Beyond providing operational convenience and reducing the physical daily workload for farmers, this appropriate technology also establishes a more measurable and modern aquaculture management system. Overall, the application of this technology holds significant potential to support the community's economic sustainability by optimizing the revitalization of non-productive pond into more profitable, self-sufficient, and sustainable business units at the rural level.
2026-07-30T12:20:41+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
