Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kewirausahaan
Abstract
Artikel ini mendeskripsikan efikasi diri dan norma subjektif (kewajiban moral, empati, dan dukungan sosial yang dirasakan) sebagai moderator pengaruh kompetensi jaringan terhadap niat wirausaha sosial. Hasilnya menunjukkan efek utama positif kompetensi jaringan terhadap niat wirausaha sosial, efek interaksi empati dan dukungan sosial yang signifikan secara statistik, tidak ada efek interaksi kewajiban moral, dan kecocokan efikasi diri yang buruk. Sarannya adalah bahwa studi lain harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan efikasi diri di antara wirausahawan tingkat awal yang sebenarnya, dengan kemungkinan bahwa hasilnya dapat menjelaskan peran efikasi diri dalam memprediksi niat wirausaha sosial.
